How do I book my transfer?
Complete the form at the top of this page with your pickup, destination, travel date, time, passenger numbers and luggage. Select “Calculate fare”, review the price and add your passenger and contact details. Choose “Pay in full” or “Pay 30% deposit”. Card checkout is currently in setup and is not accepting real payments. We’ll contact you to confirm availability and collection arrangements.
How is my fare calculated?
Your fare is the round-trip road mileage at £1 per mile, plus £20 for other expenses. A £20 supplement applies when the destination is inside the Central London Congestion Charge zone. The form shows your total fare before payment. Mileage is calculated using UK postcodes or a listed airport; include the full postcode with other addresses.
Can I arrange a return journey?
Choose “Return” in the form and enter your return pickup date and time. Add your return flight number in the notes. The fare summary prices the passenger return journey as a separate transfer and shows the combined total.
Can I request a child seat?
Use “Child seat requirements” to choose an infant seat, child car seat, booster seat, multiple seats or your own seat. Enter each child’s age and the number and types of seats required in the additional field. Availability and suitability are confirmed before your booking is accepted.
What luggage details should I provide?
Enter the number and size of your bags in the luggage field. Mention pushchairs, oversized items or other requirements in the notes so we can confirm that the Mercedes EQC is suitable for your passengers and luggage.
Is my booking confirmed after I fill in the form?
Completing the form and calculating a fare does not confirm a booking. When checkout is available, choose full payment or a 30% deposit, then wait for confirmation from Avio Airport Transfers. Card checkout is currently being configured in test mode; it cannot take real payments, and a test payment does not make a real booking.
